There are countries where "name days" are completely ignored (Peru), some where it is vaguely known (CH) and other where it's even bigger than a birthday : Latvia. I have the luck in my last day to celebrate Uldis name day. One more day with a clean sky, the house is prepared to receive friends and relatives, delicious latvian specialities are ordered by Biruta. We chat, drink, eat... I just regret not having taken any picture!
At night, I thank and say goodbye to Zane's parents and grandma, I keep the farewell to doggy for tomorrow. I'm sure he won't miss the opportunity to bark at me the next morning.
