Kashgar's Sunday Market and Animal Bazaar

I show the bus driver my map and make clear that I want to get off at the Sunday Market. He drops me at the terminus, at someone's tomb, just a money maker with any charm, especially after visiting Bukhara or Samarkand. I walk back to what I thought to be this famous Sunday Market when we passed by with the bus. An exotic market full of carpets, condiments, colorful clothes and a lot of other stuff that makes you feels you're far away from home. This confirms trading as the major activity in this city, a tradition that has being persisting for a millennium already!
Next stop: Animal Bazaar. Very similar to the one visited in Karakol last Sunday. A little bit more organized, so less fun. The main attraction to me are the 2 humps camels and some horses galloping, marketing stuff... and the eternal bargain scenes between owners and hesitating buyers. It's very dynamic, all the coming and going of wagons pulled by donkeys carrying wood, trunks, straw, persons is overwhelming.
